Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 is a fully integrated Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution. In this session, we will present a live demonstration, introducing some of the core features that appropriately match the client relationship management demands of professional services and project driven organisations. This will include an example on managing the sales process in complex sales cycles.
   
11.15 am Managing Projects (End to End) With Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009
Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 for professional services is a comprehensive enterprise wide business management solution incorporating the professional services automation and project accounting functions of project driven organisations. In this session, we will present a live demonstration introducing a process flow relating to managing projects end to end with Microsoft Dynamics AX from project set up, through to planning and resource scheduling, project execution and client billing.
