British Red Cross are implementing Ascent CRM from CIBER UK as their new fundraising database.

British Red Cross conducted a rigorous evaluation process to select the new system and in addition to their own dedicated team, employed the services of two organisations with many years experience helping organisations in the not for profit sector to select software. Peter Flory, from Athena Consultants, assisted the preparation of a cohesive statement of the business requirements and initial shortlisting, whilst Pam Gordon, from Logical Resolution, guided them through the final evaluation and selection process.
