TCG Acquisitions
TCG Acquisitions (Tattershall Castle Group) select CIBER UK as payroll partner.
CIBER UK, the provider of managed payroll and hosted personnel solutions for the Hospitality & Leisure sectors, is pleased to announce that TCG Acquisitions has selected CIBER as their payroll partner for their 3,000 employees working within its newly acquired estate of 178 pubs.
TCG, backed with funds advised by Alchemy Partners, acquired 178 pub outlets from Spirit Group in September 2005. A major project commenced in October to specify and plan the implementation of completely new back-office facilities at each of the 178 units including broad band communications. Enterprise software for EPOS, Tilling, Stock Control, Cash & Labour Management was provided by Alphameric Hospitality, Financial Ledgers & Infrastructure were provided by Cedar Open Accounts & Netstore and fully managed payroll services provided by CIBER UK.
A complex project, led by Joanne Holland a consultant working with TCG, brought together several industry partners working in unison to support the embryonic TCG within a concentrated timescale.
